Dr. Jon Rumohr moved with his family to Flagstaff in 2014 to be closer to his wife’s home town, and he truly loves northern Arizona. He spends as much time as possible running on the trails surrounding Flagstaff, skiing at Snowbowl, and enjoying all that Northern AZ has to offer. His wife is a practicing dermatologist at Northern Arizona Dermatology, and they have two young daughters.
Originally from rural Michigan, Dr. Rumohr completed his medical school at the University of Michigan, his residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and his fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He has extensive experience in minimally-invasive DaVinci robotic surgery for cancer of the prostate and kidney, and spent several years training resident surgeons in Houston.
During his fellowship training, Dr. Rumohr focused primarily on Men’s Health, particularly minimally invasive vasectomy, microscopic vasectomy reversal, treatment of male infertility, testosterone replacement therapy, prostate enlargement (BPH), and the management of erectile dysfuntion (ED). Other areas of interest include treating urinary stones (“kidney stones”), urinary incontinence, office therapy for prostate enlargement, and general urology.
