Allison Kavanagh, NP

Allison Kavanugh, NP, is a nurse practitioner at Flagstaff Surgical Associates in Flagstaff, Arizona. Allison is committed to providing quality care for children and adults at the practice. 

Allison earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Mary in Bismarck, Maryland, in 2003. Following her program, she worked as a bedside nurse for some time. After gaining experience, she decided to go back to school for her master’s degree in nursing and further her career. She graduated from the University of South Alabama, and received her family nurse practitioner degree in 2022. 

Prior to serving as a family nurse, she was a paramedic in emergency medical services. Throughout her professional career, Allison has worked in several different specialties, including primary care, orthopedics, emergency medicine, and pediatric intensive care.  

Allison currently resides in Flagstaff with her three children, husband, and fur family of one dog and two cats. Outside of patient care, she enjoys doing DIY home projects and working in her yard. At Flagstaff Surgical Associates, she looks forward to helping patients with their health concerns and achieve their best well-being.
